Exclusive model Romeo, 925 silver ring with Jesus Christ Fish hand-carved in wax, and cast using the lost wax method. Made in our workshop at via Venezia 17 in Crotone, the city of Pythagoras. The word “fish” in Greek, when written in uppercase (ΙΧΘΥΣ), forms an acronym with the initials of the expression “Iēsous Christos Theou Yios Sōtēr“, which means “Jesus Christ, Son of God, Savior”
One of these codes was the“Ichthys” or “Ichthus”, a word that in ancient Greek (ἰχθύς) meant “fish”.
The early Christians used “secret codes” to confirm if they were indeed in front of a person who shared their religion.
