RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE
Every ROMEO jewel is created in our goldsmith workshop in Crotone and crafted with artisanal care.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the conditions set out below.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, Consumer Code, the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the delivery of the product, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate their decision within the required time limit by contacting ROMEO by email or direct contact.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The product must be returned intact, undamaged and complete with all items received at the time of purchase, where present.
The original packaging, any guarantee certificate and seal must be returned together with the jewel, where present.
The customer is responsible for any decrease in value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and condition of the product.
REFUND
The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
ROMEO may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until the customer has provided proof of shipment.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
EXCLUSIONS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to measure or clearly personalized, created according to the customer’s specific requests.
