WARRANTY
Romeo's jewelry is handcrafted using traditional techniques, such as the artisanal lost wax casting method. Each piece is unique and may have slight variations or imperfections, which are a testament to the craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Each piece of jewelry is a unique work of art, created with passion and dedication. The slight imperfections are what make each piece special and authentic.
These small imperfections are not to be considered defects, but rather distinctive marks that make each piece of jewelry one of a kind. Our philosophy is that each creation tells a story and carries the imprint of its artisan.
The ROMEO warranty covers for two years from the date of purchase exclusively manufacturing defects detected and verified by our Quality Control technicians within 5 days of purchase, adequately proven.
However, damages caused by the use of the jewelry, natural alterations or wear and tear, and modifications resulting from cleaning with solvents or abrasive materials are totally excluded from the warranty. The Warranty will also no longer be effective in any case, in relation to jewelry on which an intervention is carried out by unauthorized laboratories and in such cases ROMEO reserves the right not to carry out further requested repairs.
