TERMS AND CONDITIONS
INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROTECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA BY ROMEO SNC
With this statement, Romeo snc, owner of the website [www.romeoorafo.com](http://www.romeoorafo.com), intends to inform the Customer about the purposes and methods of processing the personal data collected, and to request consent for their use for specific purposes.
This information notice is also provided pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, the Personal Data Protection Code.
By reading this notice, the Customer is informed about the purposes and methods of collecting and processing personal data provided while browsing the website [www.romeoorafo.com](http://www.romeoorafo.com) and when placing a purchase order, regardless of the method used, including electronic or telephone communication.

a. Purchase orders
Romeo snc collects and processes the Customer’s personal data for the collection and execution of purchase orders, for any complaints after purchase and to provide the Customer with the available services.
Such data is necessary for the management of purchase orders, also with commercial partners, such as logistics service providers, couriers, banks and similar parties.
It is advisable to provide a correct delivery address and telephone number when placing a purchase order, in order to allow Romeo snc to process it promptly and correctly.
A telephone number is also necessary to allow Romeo snc to contact the Customer in case of any questions or requests for clarification and to ensure the correct execution of the Customer’s purchase orders.
The email address is necessary for Romeo snc to send the Customer confirmation of receipt of the purchase order and any other communications.
The email address is also used when identifying the Customer in order to allow access to their personal account.
b. Reserved area – Customer login
The Customer’s personal data and purchase order information are stored in Romeo snc’s system, but they will not be freely accessible for security reasons.
Romeo snc provides each customer with access to a reserved area protected by a password.
In this area, the Customer can view all data relating to completed and pending purchase orders and can also manage personal data, any bank details and newsletter subscription information.
The Customer is required to handle access credentials responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws, and not to disclose them to third parties.
Romeo snc shall not be held responsible in any way for incorrect or improper use of the password by the Customer.
c. Advertising

a. the updating, rectification or, where there is an interest, integration of personal data;

c. confirmation that the operations referred to in points a and b have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data has been communicated or disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
